POROUS ASPHALT PAVEMENT – FLOOD PREVENTION FOR YOUR PARKING LOT
Porous asphalt pavement gives you better efficiency with storm water management by eliminating the need for traditional pipe systems, and allowing the water to drain all the way through the asphalt pavement structure. Storm water run-off passes through the pores of the asphalt pavement into a retention basin below the asphalt pavement, permitting a natural percolation or cleansing process of the storm water. This promotion of filtration, improves water quality and eliminates the need for a traditional detention basin.
Using porous asphalt pavements for your parking lot provides a standing and/or flooding water solution. With proper design and installation, porous asphalt parking areas are cost-effective and attractive, that can also help you get LEED® credits toward storm water management.
WARM MIX – GREEN ASPHALT
Our warm mix asphalt is a truly green asphalt. It provides lower energy consumption, lesser fumes, minor odors, decreased emissions and easier placement, making this one of the most green forms of asphalt pavement available. We’re able to achieve better compaction on the road, extending our paving season and increasing our hauling distances. As an added bonus, this product can help you get LEED® credits.

TRACKLESS TACK – FAST DRYING ASPHALT TACK
Trackless tack is an advanced asphalt emulsion tack that is specially formulated to dry as quickly as 10 minutes. It serves as a stronger bonding agent and reduces the amount of splatter and tracking left from traditional SS-1H. Studies indicate that Trackless Tack, when compared to traditional tack coats, can help contractors achieve better density with less compactive effort and improve the bonding and shear strength between two asphalt pavements.
